Aristotle was an ancient Greek philosopher and encyclopedic scientist, a philosopher of antiquity, the founder of logic and many other specialized branches of science (psychology, zoology, meteorology, etc.). Aristotle spent 20 years of his life in Plato's academy under Plato's guidance. In the Middle Ages, Aristotle was simply called "The Philosopher".
